Hedy Lou Cannon began her Real Estate career in May 2006. After retiring as an educator at Julian Newman Elementary, Cannon received her Real Estate Broker’s License in May 2014. She is currently the owner and broker of HLC Realty and her office is located at 124 North Jefferson Street in downtown Athens, Alabama at the corner of Hobbs and Jefferson Street. Cannon specializes in buying or selling home, land or commercial properties in North Alabama.

Marybeth Pate works for the Athens City Schools system since 2005. Pate received her real estate license in April 2017 and joined the HLC Realty family shortly after.
